Join us this Saturday at Ken Whillans Square (City Hall Brampton) at 9am or 11am for a 30 minute meditative and immersive experience.
Our topic this week is Self-Respect: discovering the hero within and our activity will be a drum circle. If you came to our peace day event last September you will be familiar with this fun and interactive activity.
